The ghetto hefe is bottled, and tastes ok. It's still a little sweet, but it's hard to judge the character of a beer when it's not carbonated. Three weeks until our first taste!

Man time to update this bitch. The hefe was ehh... good beer but not quite hefe. Guess that is what you get when you use the wrong yeast. Bring on the IPA!!!!
