I want more beer!!!

I am thinking maybe a low carb strawberry beer. Possibly named She-Wolf? I think it is time to get back in the Kitchen where some of us belong, and crank out some more good shit.

Ghetto Hefeweiss!

The ghetto hefe is bottled, and tastes ok. It's still a little sweet, but it's hard to judge the character of a beer when it's not carbonated. Three weeks until our first taste!

New beer racked!

We just racked the oatmeal stout and it looks tasty. That's it in the front, behind the delicious new Anheuser Busch product: Chelada style beer.
